What’s the fastest way to get the full version of CyberSky?

The easiest and fastest way to get the full version of CyberSky is to order through share-it!’s secure online store using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. share-it! is a leader in secure online order processing and online software delivery. share-it! accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB, as well as U.K. debit cards Solo and Switch/Maestro. You’ll receive a download link immediately after your order is processed. The setup file for the full version of CyberSky is about 10 MB in size. You can have the full version of CyberSky running on your computer in minutes.

I’m having trouble ordering from share-it! What can I do?

If you have any trouble ordering through share-it!, you can order through SWREG’s secure online store instead using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. SWREG accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Delta, and JCB, as well as U.K. debit cards Solo and Switch/Maestro. SWREG offers the same license options, prices, and delivery options as share-it!, including immediate online delivery.

I don’t want to send my credit-card information over the Internet. Is there another way to order?

Is there a toll-free number I can call to order CyberSky?

Yes. If you’re in the United States, you can call share-it! at 1-800-903-4152 to place your order.

Can I order your software without using a credit card?

Yes. You can mail or fax a purchase order, mail a check or cash, or bank/wire transfer your payment to share-it! Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Both share-it! and the program’s author accept purchase orders from corporate clients and accredited educational institutions. We don’t accept purchase orders from private individuals. For instructions on placing your order, see Ordering information.

Upgrading to CyberSky 4

I bought a previous version of CyberSky. Can I get CyberSky 4 at a reduced cost?

Yes. If you purchased CyberSky 1, 2, or 3, you can upgrade to CyberSky 4 for about half of the regular price. Upgrade prices are available for both single- and multiple-user licenses. For upgrade prices and instructions on placing your order, see Ordering information.

Can I upgrade to CyberSky 4 if I got CyberSky with a telescope or a planetarium I bought?

Yes. If you received the “registered” English version of CyberSky, or the French, German, Italian, or Spanish version of the program with a telescope or a planetarium you purchased, you can upgrade to CyberSky 4 for about half of the regular price.
